After receiving a citation from the city for chipping paint and missing railings, the homeowner approached Habitat for Humanity for help. The project included the EPA standard removal of lead based paint, priming, painting, replacement of siding, fascia, and railings.
After the 2010 Jimmy and Rosalyn Carter Work Project, the neighbor of the ABWK Carter House approached Habitat for Humanity for the restoration of their garage. This project included structurally reinforcing the walls, replacing siding and trim and painting the structure.
